1. Return Window
You may return most toys within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

In original packaging

With all accessories or inserts included
2. What You Can’t Return
For safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for:

Opened sensory toys or teethers

Personalized name toys

Sale items marked as final sale

Used toys with visible wear
3. Return Procedure
To request a return:

Include photos if the item is defective or damaged.

We will review and reply with instructions within 48 hours.
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be:

Refunded to your original payment method

Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or misdelivered.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:

Allow 2–3 business days for processing

6. Exchanges
Need a different color or toy type? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend:

Keeping proof of postage
8. Damaged Upon Arrival
If a toy arrives damaged or with missing parts, notify us within 72 hours. We’ll issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
