Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You may return most toys within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories or inserts included


2. What You Can’t Return

For safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened sensory toys or teethers

  • Personalized name toys

  • Sale items marked as final sale

  • Used toys with visible wear


3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Include photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. We will review and reply with instructions within 48 hours.


4. Refunds

Approved returns will be:

  • Refunded to your original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or misdelivered.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank or card provider

  • Allow 2–3 business days for processing

  • Contact us if no refund appears after 10 days


6. Exchanges

Need a different color or toy type? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product and place a new order.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method

  • Keeping proof of postage


8. Damaged Upon Arrival

If a toy arrives damaged or with missing parts, notify us within 72 hours. We’ll issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
